Dr Samra provides comprehensive Sport and Exercise Medicine services for patients, while keeping referring Doctors up to date with a patient's progress. We have included a Frequently Asked Questions page for Doctors and Patients.


While new appointments are quite limited within 2-3 weeks, URGENT cases are given priority and we aim to ensure that patients with acute injuries or urgent problems are seen as soon as possible. Please ask the patient to complete the form below and we will contact them within 1 business day.

  • If a patient is returning to discuss a new or unrelated issue within the validity period of their referral, the new issue does require a new referral. This will enable Dr Samra to be kept up to date on the patient’s health and it will also enable the patient to be eligible for a Medicare rebate for their consultation.

When Will I Get My Patient’s Report and Results?

All consultation reports will be sent back to you via your preferred method indicated. When necessary Dr Samra will contact you on the day your patient visits. You will also be copied in to any Investigations that are ordered for the patient (imaging or bloods).


Full consultation reports are sent to referring doctors within 3 working days of the patient’s appointment.
